I am driven to capture what I call the oddly beautiful—the quiet, magnetic beauty found in everyday people, in fleeting moments, and in the unpolished truth of authenticity. My work celebrates the uniqueness that exists outside the narrow boundaries of conventional beauty standards, focusing on the strength, vulnerability, and individuality that make each subject unforgettable.

My creative process is led entirely by instinct and whim. Inspiration often comes unexpectedly—sometimes in the subtle grace of a fleeting human gesture, sometimes in a dramatic interplay of light and shadow, and other times through outside influences that ignite a spark. A recent example is watching American Primeval on Netflix, which inspired an upcoming American pioneering, trailblazing, old western–style series—work that will be both beautiful and gritty, rooted in resilience and the raw power of survival.

Whether I am creating chiaroscuro portraits, exploring the intricate textures of a flower through macro photography, or standing before a sweeping landscape, my work is never forced. Even in my macro or landscape photography, the images are born from the same instinct and whim—a spark of curiosity, a random adventure, and the desire to capture beauty in its most honest form.

My goal is to challenge and expand the viewer’s perception of beauty—to encourage them to slow down, look closer, and see the extraordinary within the ordinary. I want my images to invite reflection, to provoke emotion, and to remind people that beauty is not something that must be polished, symmetrical, or staged—it can be imperfect, unexpected, and deeply human.

As I continue to grow as an artist, I am moving toward work that carries a greater sense of narrative and intention. I see my future in building conceptual series that merge historical influence, cinematic drama, and raw emotional truth. My aim is to create images that are not just photographs, but visual stories—timeless in their technique yet alive in the present moment—pieces that resonate long after the viewer walks away.

I am currently focused on personal creative works.
